About

Wildflowers found in Yellowstone mark the entrance of spring and continue blooming into early fall. They are found throughout the park, but are most obvious in open meadows and sagebrush-steppe. Factors such as elevation, relative temperatures, soil types, and precipitation impact what flowers are seen and where. (National Park Service)
